About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic Java Tech Lead to spearhead the design and development of scalable enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will bring both strong technical

acumen and leadership capabilities to guide the development team, ensure code excellence and drive solution delivery aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end design, development, and optimization of scalable REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot.

- Mentor and guide a team of developers, ensuring adherence to coding best practices and architectural standards.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality releases.

- Review code, provide constructive feedback, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

- Troubleshoot, refactor, and upgrade existing systems to enhance performance and scalability.

- Maintain robust technical documentation across the SDLC.

- Contribute to architectural discussions, performance tuning and solution design.

Core Technical Competencies :

- Strong command of Core Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA and RESTful API development.

- Proficient in OOP principles, Design Patterns and microservices architecture.

- Solid hands-on experience with MySQL, Swagger and application performance tuning.

- Familiarity with Apache Kafka, ELK Stack and Redis Cache.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Add-ons :

- Exposure to Apache Airflow and data pipeline orchestration.

- Understanding of Clustering, Load Balancing and High Availability Architectures.
