Must Have**
- 3-8 years of experience in supply chain planning or IT consulting.
- Strong hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse.
- Knowledge of supply chain concepts: demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, S&OP/IBP.
- Experience in data modeling, configuration, and scripting within Kinaxis.
- Familiarity with data integration (ETL tools, APIs).
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/APO, SAP IBP, Oracle, etc.).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
