Key Responsibilities

• Work on end-to-end Supply Chain Planning processes.
• Support and implement solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse and SAP APO/PPDS.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into functional solutions and user stories.
• Work closely with business users, supply chain teams, and stakeholders.
• Configure and support planning processes related to Demand Planning, Supply Planning, SOP, and Production Planning.
• Perform UAT, functional testing, and integration testing.
• Analyze and resolve functional issues in planning systems.
• Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, test cases, and user guides.
• Conduct user training and support business users during implementation and deployment.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and requirement discussions.
• Work with technical teams to ensure successful implementation of functional requirements.
• Support continuous improvement and optimization of supply chain planning processes.

Mandatory Skills

• Kinaxis RapidResponse - minimum 1 year hands-on experience.
• Strong functional experience in SAP APO.
• Strong functional experience in SAP PP/DS.
• Demand Planning and Supply Planning.
• SOP - Sales Operations Planning.
• Production Planning.
• Understanding of MRP, BOM, and Routing.
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain Planning concepts and processes.
• Experience working as a Functional Consultant, not a pure technical/development profile.
• Experience gathering business requirements and converting them into user stories/functional requirements.
• Experience with UAT and Integration Testing.
• Experience working directly with business users and stakeholders.
