Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Own sales targets driven via affiliate partnerships and deliver consistent growth in numbers.
- Build and nurture strong partner relationships, acting as the single point of contact for all affiliate partners.
- Identify, onboard, and activate new affiliate partners aligned with our ideal customer profile.
- Collaborate with Inside Sales to optimize lead flow and conversion from affiliate sources.
- Monitor and analyze partner performance and provide data-driven insights to improve outcomes.
- Develop and implement partner enablement tools sales kits, FAQs, incentives, and training decks.
- Resolve partner issues quickly and effectively to maintain trust and productivity.
- Work with Marketing and Product teams to co-create campaigns and track ROI from affiliates.
Preferred candidate profile
• Minimum 36 years of experience in key account management, channel sales, or affiliate partnerships.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through partnerships
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Experience in managing B2C or B2B inside sales funnels is a plus
• Comfortable with CRM tools and performance tracking dashboards
• Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment
