Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for achieving revenue and volume growth targets for assigned accounts
2. Ensure Collectibles and Outstanding is within the agreed credit period
3. Develop and record business understanding of clients on CRM
4. Identification & execution of growth levers for volume and revenue growth
5. Managing Commercial expectations of clients within agreed margin guardrails
6. Identify reasons for any downtrend and record the next steps on CRM for execution
7. Cross-Sell Delhiverys Lines of Business where applicable - B2CHeavy, LTL, Warehousing, Cross-Border
Requirements:
1. 2+ years of previous experience in Account Management or Inside Sales
2. Comfortable in calling, Office, and Excel - Use of Pivot Tables, vlookup, logic formulas
3. Good communication skills
4. Experience in logistics, PTL, or LTL is a plus
5. Data-oriented and Systematic approach
6. Used some CRM previously - Salesforce/Hubspot/Leadsquared/Zoho
7. Previous experience in logistics / PTL / LTL
