Role: Key Account Management - Acquisition

Level: Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager

Reporting To: Director - Corporate Channel

Location: Gurgaon

About The Role

  • As an Account Manager at MyBiz MakeMyTrip, you will be responsible for building andmaintaining strong relationships with our corporate clients.
  • You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and theirexpectations are exceeded.
  • Your role will involve understanding client requirements, providing tailored solutions, anddriving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.


What You Will Be Doing

  • Interfacing with decision makers of corporate organizations to pitch myBiz Product.
  • Handling entire sales cycle from lead generation, preparing and giving businesspresentations/ proposals to closing the final deal.
  • Developing a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Creating and maintaining a healthy sales funnel week-on-week.Building long-term relationships with new accounts and maintaining strong relationshipswith existing customers.
  • Analyzing the current market trends for scoping competition and adapting best practices.
  • Ensuring quick resolution of queries and escalations by clients to ensure smooth operations.
  • Working closely with the support departments such as creative, operations, tech, finance forClient /corporate on-boarding.
  • Taking the contracts from inception to closure with the help of legal department ensuringsales-cycle completion


Qualification & Experience

  • Well-rounded B2B experience.
  • Post-Graduation (MBA/PGDM) from reputed institute with 3-6 years of relevant experience.


Key Success Factor For The Role

  • Understanding of commission structures, discounting, and basic knowledge of P&Lmanagement.
  • Passion for data and an exceptional ability to solve complex problems.
  • Strong communication skills, Influencing skills, great interpersonal & stakeholdermanagement skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
