Your Role:

Design, develop, and operate event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka or similar platforms.
Build and maintain the streaming backbone for telemetry ingestion, CDC, and cross-service communication.
Define and manage topics, partitions, retention policies, and event schemas.
Develop scalable solutions for data synchronization and integration across systems.
Ensure high availability, performance tuning, and fault tolerance of streaming pipelines.
Collaborate with backend and integration teams to support real-time data use cases.

Your Profile:

812 years of experience in Backend / Data Engineering / Integration roles.
Strong hands-on experience with Apache Kafka (mandatory).
Expertise in event-driven architecture and messaging systems.
Experience with CDC tools (e.g., Debezium) is a plus.
Strong programming knowledge in Java / Python / Scala.
Familiarity with microservices architecture and APIs.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) is preferred.
