Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced DSA Sales Manager to lead the expansion of our DSA network and strengthen partnerships with Banks and NBFCs. This role combines business development, institutional relationship management, and revenue ownership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a high-performing DSA ecosystem, driving loan sourcing volumes, and managing the end-to-end empanelment process with lending institutions, particularly those offering digital lending solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
DSA Network Development & Management:
- Recruit, onboard, and manage a network of DSAs, connectors, and loan agents across target markets.
- Drive loan sourcing across Personal Loans, Business Loans, MSME Loans, LAP, and other lending products.
- Set sourcing and disbursal targets for the DSA network and monitor performance.
- Conduct regular product and process training for channel partners.
- Design and implement attractive incentive and payout structures aligned with business objectives.
Bank & NBFC Empanelment:
- Identify and establish partnerships with Banks and NBFCs for loan sourcing.
- Manage the complete empanelment lifecycle, including documentation, compliance, negotiations, agreements, and activation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business, credit, risk, and channel teams.
- Track the empanelment pipeline and ensure timely closures.
Digital Lending & Business Growth:
- Promote digital-first lending partnerships using API-based or portal-driven loan journeys.
- Coordinate with internal Product and Technology teams to streamline lead flow into lender systems.
- Identify bottlenecks in digital loan processing and collaborate with partners for resolution.
- Increase the share of digitally processed loan applications.
Sales Operations & Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to RBI DSA guidelines, KYC requirements, and lender-specific compliance standards.
- Maintain accurate MIS reports covering sourcing volumes, approvals, disbursals, rejection analysis, and payout reconciliation.
- Support lender audits and compliance reviews whenever required.
- Monitor business performance and recommend strategies to improve conversion and productivity.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Monthly loan sourcing and disbursal volumes
- Number of new Bank/NBFC empanelments completed
- Growth of active DSA and connector network
- Productivity and conversion rates across the DSA channel
- Percentage of business processed through digital lending platforms
- Compliance adherence and audit performance
- Revenue generated through the DSA channel
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4-8 years of experience in DSA Sales, Channel Sales, Lending Partnerships, or Business Development within Banking, NBFCs, or FinTech.
- Proven experience in Bank/NBFC empanelment and institutional relationship management.
- Strong understanding of Retail, MSME, and Business Loan products.
- Knowledge of RBI DSA regulations, KYC processes, and lending compliance.
- Experience working with Loan Origination Systems (LOS), CRM platforms, and digital lending portals.
- Excellent negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical ability with experience managing MIS, sales reports, and performance dashboards.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven, high-growth environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience with a DSA, FinTech, Loan Aggregator, NBFC, or Bank Channel Sales team.
- Existing relationships with Banks, NBFCs, or lending partners will be an advantage.
- Exposure to Government lending schemes such as Mudra, CGTMSE, PM SVANidhi, etc.
- MBA/PGDM in Finance, Marketing, or Sales is preferred but not mandatory.
