Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Software Developer (AI/ML) to join our growing team and contribute to building next-generation AI-powered products. This role is ideal for someone passionate about Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic Systems. You will work on designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI solutions, including LLM-powered applications, autonomous agents, and intelligent workflows, helping transform real-world business problems into data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain AI/ML systems and production-grade infrastructure
Build and optimize data pipelines for ingestion, processing, and transformation
Develop, train, fine-tune, and evaluate machine learning and deep learning models
Work extensively with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI applications
Design and implement Agentic AI systems (multi-step workflows, autonomous agents, tool usage)
Integrate AI models into applications via REST APIs and backend services
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into AI solutions
Ensure scalability, performance, and monitoring
Work with vector databases and embeddings for RAG-based systems
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and emerging technologies
Hands on with UI development using React/Next

Required Skills

Strong programming skills in Python (mandatory) and working knowledge of Node.js
Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
Experience working with: Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, LangChain / LlamaIndex, Hugging Face ecosystem
Understanding of Agentic AI / AI Agents / Tool-based reasoning systems
Experience in building and consuming APIs (FastAPI, Flask, Express, etc.)
Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and statistical fundamentals
Exposure to RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) is a strong plus
Experience with cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure) is a plus

Experience: 1- 2 Years
Qualification
Bachelors degree in Computer Science / IT / AI / ML / Data Science or related field
