Position Overview
The MBBS Doctor / Junior Resident will assist in patient care, ward management, emergency services, and clinical documentation under the supervision of consultants and senior faculty. The role offers exposure to diverse clinical cases within a teaching hospital environment and provides opportunities for academic growth and hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist consultants during ward rounds and participate in patient evaluation and case management.
   
2. Provide medical care in OPD, IPD, and Emergency departments as per assigned duty roster.
   
3. Monitor patient vitals, maintain treatment charts, and ensure accurate case documentation.
   
4. Respond promptly to emergency cases and escalate critical situations to senior doctors.
   
5. Coordinate with nursing, laboratory, and diagnostic teams for timely patient investigations and management.
   
6. Prepare discharge summaries, prescriptions, and referral notes under supervision.
   
7. Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical standards in patient interactions.
   
8. Participate in clinical meetings, CMEs, case presentations, and departmental academic activities.
   
9. Ensure adherence to hospital policies, infection control protocols, and biomedical waste management guidelines.
   
10. Support medico-legal documentation and reporting where required.
    
11. Participate in community outreach programs and health camps organized by the institution.
    
12. Maintain discipline, punctuality, and accountability in all assigned duties.
    

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: MBBS from an NMC-recognized institution.
• Registration: Valid State Medical Council / NMC registration mandatory.
• Experience: Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of clinical experience may apply.
• Skills: Strong clinical knowledge, communication skills, teamwork, documentation accuracy, and willingness to learn.
