Roles and Responsibilities
Role Summary:
Assist in quantity surveying, cost estimation, BOQ preparation, billing, and project cost control for civil construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs from drawings.
- Bar bending Schedules
- Assist in estimation, tendering, and cost analysis.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and consultants.
- Support preparation of variation orders and final accounts.
- Candidates with exposure with BBS expertise will be given preference.
