Junior Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Assam. The ideal candidate should have between 10 to 15 years of experience, with at least 2 years as a Junior Quantity Surveyor on Flyover/Bridge Projects.

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage and coordinate quantity surveying activities for flyover/bridge projects.
• Prepare and review project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain project reports, including cost control and financial analysis.
• Collaborate with the project management team to identify and mitigate risks.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in quantity surveying, with at least 2 years as a Junior Quantity Surveyor on Flyover/Bridge Projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
