Junior Purchase Executive

Functional Responsibilities:

• Entering order confirmations in SAP and maintaining details such as price, shipping date delivery date.
• Checking whether there is a deviation in the price and quantity by comparing the order details and supplier confirmation.
• If everything is correct in the confirmations, attaching order confirmations in SAP.
• Informing buyers if there are any changes in the procurement process, and keeping them updated regarding deviations in supplier confirmations.
• Build, maintain and manage supplier relationships and keep up good communication.
• Report on procurement key performance indicators (KPIs) and Key Result Areas ( KRAs)
• To highlight any cases where immediate attention of the buyer is needed.
• To support in any activity that is needed in smooth function of Purchasing team.
• Highlight any scenario which could lead to delay in the delivery of goods.
