Role & responsibilities
1. Operate assigned machinery or equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
2. Monitor equipment performance, making adjustments as needed to maintain product quality and production efficiency.
3. Conduct basic troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to maintenance or supervisory staff.
4. Perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance on machines to prevent malfunctions.
5. Follow safety protocols, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), and comply with all company and regulatory safety standards.
6. Record production data, machine readings, and any operational issues in logs or reporting systems.
7. Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.
8. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Preferred candidate profile
1. Should be ITI or Diploma Certificate with minimum 2 years of experience in machine operation and maintenance.
2. Willing to relocate in Shirwal area.
3. Willing to work in rotational shifts.
