Job Description
1.Responsible to follow GLP practices in QC RM/PM testing laboratory of Hetero Plasma Sciences Private Limited, Kothur.
2.Responsible for calibration of analytical balance, pH meter and calibration.
3.Responsible for preparation of reagent solutions and volumetric solutions.
4.Monitoring area cleaning, glass ware cleaning and other equipment cleaning activities.
5.List out the reagents / chemicals / standards / consumable requirements and submit to reviewer for ordering.
6.Analysis of water testing and writing of record of analysis and analysis reports.
7.Analysis of raw material testing and packing material testing and update records.
8.Writing of instrument usage log books.
9.Sending of samples to external laboratory.
10.Updation of pharmacopeial methods/guidelines in respective test area.
11.Analysis of samples using gas chromatography instrument.
12.Daily monitoring of stability chambers and ensure related documentation.
