Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, ambitious and driven Junior Legal

Associate to join our legal team in the Panvel/Mumbai area. The ideal candidate should have an LLB/LLM qualification and a strong interest in Corporate Law, Civil Law and Real Estate/Property Law.

Freshers with good academic knowledge and strong legal aptitude may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in handling day-to-day corporate, civil and real-estate legal matters.
• Draft, review and assist with legal agreements, contracts, notices, letters, MoUs and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare summaries on relevant laws, regulations and case laws.
• Assist with property and real-estate documentation and due diligence.
• Support senior lawyers in reviewing property documents, agreements, leases, sale/purchase documents and related records.
• Assist in handling civil and commercial legal matters and coordinate with external advocates when required.
• Assist with corporate documentation, contracts and compliance-related activities.
• Identify basic legal and contractual risks and escalate issues to senior team members.
• Maintain and organize legal documents, case files, agreements and records.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, government authorities, advocates and other stakeholders.
• Support the senior legal team in ongoing legal matters and projects.
• Stay updated on relevant changes in laws, regulations and legal procedures.

Mandatory Requirements

• LLB / LLM from a recognized university.
• 13 years of experience in legal practice, corporate legal work, real estate, civil law or a law firm.
• Strong interest and basic knowledge of Corporate Law, Civil Law and Real Estate Law.
• Good legal drafting and research skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good understanding of Indian legal procedures.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Candidates based in Panvel, Navi Mumbai, Mumbai or nearby areas preferred.
