About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Junior Java Developer to join our engineering team. You will support the design, development, testing, and maintenance of Java-based applications while gaining hands-on experience with modern development practices, backend systems, and real-world project delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- 0–1 years of experience in Java development, software development, or related role
- Basic understanding of Java, object-oriented programming, and data structures
- Familiarity with Spring Boot, REST APIs, or backend development concepts
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with version control tools such as Git
- Ability to write clean, logical, and maintainable code
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup and manage multiple tasks
