Junior Graphic Designer (Graphic + Video)

Job type: Full Time (Work from Office regularly). Educational Qualification: Any Graduate Experience Required: 0 2 years of experience or strong portfolio/freelance work Design or multimedia certification/course preferred (not mandatory) Location: Sector 68, Noida Key Responsibilities:

• Design creatives for social media, websites, ads, emailers, and basic print material
• Edit short-form videos (reels, shorts, promos) for social media and marketing campaigns
• Create layouts, thumbnails, banners, and simple presentations
• Add subtitles, transitions, basic animations, and music to videos
• Resize and adapt designs for multiple platforms and formats
• Follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency
• Assist senior designers and marketing teams with ongoing projects
• Make revisions based on feedback and learn from reviews
• Organize design files, assets, and templates properly
• Meet timelines and manage assigned tasks efficiently

Required Tools Software:

• Adobe Photoshop image editing, social media creatives
• Adobe Illustrator vector graphics, logos, icons
• Adobe InDesign (basic) layouts, PDFs (good to have)
• Adobe Premiere Pro video editing
• After Effects (basic) simple animations motion graphics (good to have)
• Canva quick creatives and templates
• Figma (basic) layouts, collaboration, UI assets
• Google Drive / Dropbox file management and sharing

Skills Knowledge:

• Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and layout
• Awareness of social media formats and design requirements
• Basic video storytelling and pacing
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow instructions and accept feedback positively
