As a senior dentist with 12 years of experience, you can lead and mentor a team of professionals while ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction.
Roles Responsibilities :
- Independently handle dental procedures, including but not limited to examinations, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
- Perform routine dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, and cleanings.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and provide appropriate preventive dental care.
- Collaborate with other dental specialists within the team to ensure comprehensive treatment for patients.
- Maintained accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and referrals.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in dentistry and continuously enhance your clinical skills.
- Provide exceptional patient care and ensure a comfortable and positive dental experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Dentistry (DDS, DMD, or equivalent) from an accredited dental school.
- Valid state dental license and in good standing with the dental board.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience as a practising dentist, capable of independently managing a dental clinic.
- Strong clinical skills and proficiency in performing a wide range of dental procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues.
- Passionate about delivering high-quality dental care and staying abreast of the latest advancements in dentistry.
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide guidance to junior dental professionals.
- Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
