Junior Business Analyst

Summary:

We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in NBFC/Banking, focusing on lending technology ( LMS,LOS, BNPL). The role includes gathering requirements, preparing BRDs/FSDs, coordinating with stakeholders, supporting UAT/SIT, and managing system enhancements and API integrations. Candidates should have knowledge of digital lending workflows, BA tools (JIRA, Visio, Excel), and strong communication/documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for LMS and LOS-related projects.
• Assist in preparing BRD, FSD, and user stories for development teams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across business, operations, and technology teams to ensure requirement clarity.
• Participate in system configuration, testing (UAT, SIT), and deployment activities.
• Support in identifying gaps, process improvements, and automation opportunities within lending workflows.
• Assist in vendor coordination for system enhancements and integrations (APIs, third-party services).
• Create and maintain process flow diagrams, functional specifications, and change logs.
• Provide post-implementation support for LMS applications and resolve user queries/issues.

Requirements

• Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years as a Business Analyst in NBFC/Banking domain, preferably in the IT department.
• Hands-on experience with LMS (Loan Management System)
• Should have experience in BNPL tech
• Familiarity with digital lending processes (personal loans, business loans, co-lending, etc.).
• Basic understanding of API integrations and system architecture.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Visio, JIRA, and other BA tools.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in agile and fast-paced environments.
