Job Summary

Abhipsa Construction Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Junior Billing Engineer-Cum-Data Entry to support the Planning & Billing department in preparation of client bills, subcontractor bills, measurement records, and ERP/data management. The candidate should have basic knowledge of Civil Engineering billing, quantity calculation, MS Excel, and data entry operations. Freshers with good computer skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of client RA bills and subcontractor bills.
• Enter measurement details, quantities, and billing data into ERP/Excel formats.
• Maintain daily records of work progress, DPRs, and quantity statements.
• Support preparation of BOQ, quantity reconciliation, and billing abstracts.
• Verify site measurements with project engineers and maintain proper documentation.
• Update material consumption and work progress data in the system.
• Prepare and maintain billing registers, invoice records, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with site engineers, store, and accounts departments for billing-related information.
• Ensure accuracy of data entry and maintain proper filing of engineering documents.
• Assist senior billing engineers in preparing reports and MIS statements.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Civil Engineering quantities and billing.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and data entry operations.
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD (basic) will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with ERP/software used in construction billing is preferable.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 0–5 years of experience in billing, quantity surveying, or data entry in construction projects.
• Freshers with strong Excel and documentation skills may also apply.
• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks.
• Willingness to work at project sites if required.
