Designation - Junior Scientific Officer
Department - Lab Operations
Reports to - Lab Head/Pathologist
Objective of the Job: Following safety protocols, performing tests within TAT as per defined Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
Key Job Responsibilities:
Daily maintenance of instruments and taking care of calibration.
Daily QC run and informing seniors of any deviation.
Data Entry for non-inter phased parameters and data transfer for inter phased instruments.
Informing alert values to clients.
Maintenance of records and filing of instrument printouts.
Procuring kits/material from stores and verifying lot wherever necessary.
Maintenance of inventory and booking consumption into the system periodically.
Sample packing and dispatch of sample to Network/reference lab for special investigations.
Checking and verifying sample for Add-on request.
Following safety protocols performing test within TAT as per defined Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
Proper storage and discarding of specimens/ samples as per SOP.
Any other responsibility that may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
Education/Qualification: DMLT/B.Sc. MLT
Experience: 0 to 3 Years
