Jr Project Manager

Mandatory Skills: Having 3 to 5 years of strong hands-on experience in Project Management Knowledge of Software Development methodologies and industry best practices of Agile (Scrum Kanban) and Waterfall Exposure to standardize, establish and generate engineering metrices and KPI s across product teams.
Strong analytical skills to analyze data from engineering metrices and charts (burn down, sprint report etc) into actionable insights for process, productivity and efficiency enhancements.
Proven organizational skills of owning and proactively managing impediments, issues, risk, challenges, escalations and root-cause based problem resolution by aligning corrective preventive action.
Proficient in Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence and other industry-standard tools like SharedPoint, Excel and PowerPoint.
Publish various project management and status reports to businesses per established frequency Excellent ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with team, cross-teams, internal external stakeholders.
Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
