- Familiarity with DSLRs and basic camera models (Canon 5D, 7D, Sony Fx3/6 Z5/Z7, etc.)
- Understanding of basic framing, focus, and lighting principles
- Comfort working on multi-cam and podcast setups
- Ability to handle technical equipment with care
- Basic knowledge of file formats, video backups, and storage
- Knowledge of Premiere Pro or editing workflows is a bonus
- Operate camera during studio, podcast, and outdoor shoots
- Assist with lighting, mic setups, and chroma shoots
- Maintain and prepare cameras, batteries, and gear
- Manage storage, backups, and shoot logistics
- Work closely with the senior cameraman and production team
