- Exposure to Complete Recruitment. life cycle. Expertise in Job assessment, Sourcing, Screening of resumes,
- Should have good recruitment knowledge
- Follow-up with candidates till joining
- Maintain Recruitment Tracker and working on Targeted Recruitment
- Expertise in handling End to End Recruitment. on various technologies.
- Capable of hiring all levels of technical candidates
- Excellent exposure in Employee relationships.
- Self motivated, hard working and goal oriented with a high degree of flexibility, creativity, resourcefulness, commitment and optimism.
- Sourcing of the candidates using Job Portals
Qualification: MBA / BBA Freshers
Location: Indore MP
Preference: Only Female candidates
