Role & responsibilities
- Hands-on experience in oleochemical synthesis and laboratory-scale chemical reactions.
- Knowledge of synthesis, formulation and development of oleochemical / chemical products.
- Conduct laboratory trials, experiments and product development activities.
- Perform chemical analysis of raw materials, intermediates and finished products.
- Knowledge of analytical techniques and routine laboratory testing.
- Evaluate raw materials and study their compatibility, quality and performance.
- Develop and optimize formulations based on product specifications and customer requirements.
- Conduct laboratory trials for process optimization, quality improvement and cost reduction.
