Job Description & Requirements:

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Salesforce Senior Developer

• 7-8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with strong implementation exposure
• Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and design patterns
• Proven experience building production-grade solutions using Apex, LWC, and Aura (as required)
• Strong experience with REST integrations, API consumption, and outbound integrations
• Exposure to Salesforce AppExchange development, packaging, and release cycles
• Working knowledge of Salesforce DX, Git-based version control, and CI/CD processes
• Ability to work independently on complex features with minimal supervision
• Comfort supporting architectural discussions and technical decision-making
• Willingness and capability to step into a technical lead role when required
• Knowledge of Agentforce is an advantage but not mandatory.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce solutions across multiple implementations
• Build Apex, LWC, and integration components aligned with platform best practices
• Participate actively in AppExchange app development, maintenance, and upgrades
• Support deployment activities and contribute to CI/CD pipelines
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues, including performance and limit challenges
• Write and maintain technical documentation for developed components
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving overall code quality
• Mentor junior developers and support the team during high-demand delivery phases
• Act as a technical owner for features or modules when assigned.
