Job Description
Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer
Location: Mahalaxmi / Lower Parel, Mumbai
Experience: 2 Years
Salary: Up to 27k CTC per month
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays Off)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
- Provide desktop and laptop support to end users.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems.
- Install and configure Microsoft Office 365 and email accounts.
- Configure network printers and resolve printing issues.
- Troubleshoot hardware issues (RAM, HDD/SSD, keyboard, etc.) and replace components when required.
- Perform laptop/desktop formatting and OS installation.
- Support Active Directory user management (basic knowledge preferred).
- Resolve video conferencing (VC) room issues.
- Provide basic network troubleshooting and IP configuration support.
Required Skills
- Experience in Desktop Support.
- Good knowledge of Windows OS / MAC
- Experience with Office 365 installation and email configuration.
- Knowledge of Active Directory.
- Experience in network printer configuration.
- Basic networking knowledge.
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
