Job open position For Salesforce Developer

Role & responsibilities

• Design and develop Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and JavaScript
• Customize and configure Salesforce to meet business objectives, including workflows, process builders, and custom objects
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via APIs and other integration tools
• Troubleshoot, test, and optimize applications to ensure stability, security, and performance
• Maintain technical documentation and provide training for internal teams .
• Perform data management tasks, including migration, cleansing, and mapping
• Stay updated on Salesforce features, including AI-powered tools like Einstein GPT and Agentforce, and recommend process improvements
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and other team members, to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, JavaScript, and SQL/MySQL Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM platforms and cloud solutions
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions .
• Experience with data modeling, automation, and declarative tools
• Knowledge of integration techniques and API usage Salesforce.
• Familiarity with AI and automation features in Salesforce, such as Einstein GPT
• Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Optional or Desirable Skills

• Experience with Heroku, Tableau, Slack, or Commerce Cloud Salesforce.
• Prior work in full-stack development or customer-facing interfaces
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Administrator) .
