Role & responsibilities

CNC Programmer Setter Cum Operator

• Ability to study and interpret component drawings
• Ability to generate program for machining , should have knowledge of operating Fanu Controller.
• Ability to operate CNC machines as per the programs, should have knowledge and experience in component setting, tool setting and tool selection.
• To do routiner/daily maintenance of machines Inspect finished products for quality and able to use measuring instruments (Vernier,Micrometer, etc)
• Adhere to safety norms in work place.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area should maintain identification & traceability .
• Knowledge of ISO 13485, EU MDR 2017/745 & MDD, Medical Device Rule 2017 standard requirements preferable.
• Should maintain all QMS records related to production and maintenance applicable to CNC Lathe.

Wire Cutting Operator

• Reporting to Manager-Production
• To study drawings and generate wire cutting programs
• To operate Wire cutting machines
• To follow safety norms in workplace.
• To maintain identification & traceability
• To comply and maintain ISO 13485, EU MDR 2017/745 & MDD, standard requirements related to job profile.
• To maintain all QMS records related to Production, maintenance, related to Wire Cutting Machines.

QC Engineer

1. To perform incoming Raw and Packing Materials inspection

2. To perform in-process stage inspection

3. To perform finished products inspection

4. To perform Assembly inspection

5. To perform outsourcing products inspection

6. To perform Batch allocation activities

7. Any other works assigned by Superior.

Salary will be 16K to 20K take home based on performance in interview

Work location - Chromepet || Chennai
