Jira Solution Architect

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Jira Solution Architect to lead enterprise-scale Atlassian platform architecture, governance, integrations, and transformation initiatives. The candidate should possess deep expertise across Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, enterprise integrations, and platform strategy.

Key Responsibilities Atlassian Architecture

• Define and own Atlassian platform architecture.
• Design enterprise Jira operating models and governance frameworks.
• Establish scalable project structures, workflows, permission schemes, and security models.
• Drive platform standardization across business units.

Jira Service Management

• Architect ITSM solutions using JSM.
• Implement Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Asset Management processes.
• Align solutions with ITIL best practices.

Integrations & Automation

• Architect integrations with:
  • Azure DevOps
  • GitHub
  • GitLab
  • Jenkins
  • ServiceNow
  • Salesforce
  • Enterprise Applications
• Design solutions using:
  • ScriptRunner
  • Groovy
  • Atlassian Forge
  • REST APIs
  • Automation Rules

Cloud & Migration

• Lead Jira Cloud and Data Center migration programs.
• Design high-availability and scalable Atlassian environments.
• Establish governance, security, and compliance controls.

Leadership

• Engage with PMOs, Product Teams, Engineering Leaders, and Executives.
• Mentor Jira Administrators and Atlassian Engineers.
• Define Atlassian platform roadmaps.

Ideal Profile

• 9 15+ years overall experience.
• 5 8+ years Atlassian specialization.
• Experience supporting enterprise environments with thousands of users.
• Proven Jira architecture, governance, migration, and integration experience.
