Jewellery Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and expand business opportunities across the South and East India market.
• Identify and acquire new customers, including jewellery retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and chain stores.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct regular market visits, customer meetings, and product presentations.
• Generate sales leads through networking, referrals, exhibitions, and market research.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close business deals.
• Coordinate with production, merchandising, logistics, and customer service teams for timely execution of customer orders.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
• Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports, market feedback, and business forecasts.
• Represent the company at trade exhibitions, jewellery shows, and customer events whenever required.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer relationships.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• 2 to 7 years of experience in Business Development or Domestic Sales within the Jewellery Industry.
• Experience in handling the South and East India market will be highly preferred.
• Existing network with jewellery retailers, wholesalers, or distributors will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM/reporting tools.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
