Jewellery Merchandiser

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with vendors and stores to foster effective communication and coordination, ensuring the availability of the right products.
• Conduct detailed design analysis to enhance product presentation and overall aesthetic appeal.
• Perform retail gap analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and address any shortcomings in the product offering.
• Engage in comprehensive retail trend research to stay updated on industry developments.
• Participate in product conceptualization, offering valuable insights to enhance product design and market positioning.
• Provide strategic input into product selection, considering market trends, competitor offerings, and consumer feedback.

Job Requirements :

• Experience in accessories, NPI, new product introduction, new product development, product development, jewelry, and merchandising.
• Strong understanding of retail trends and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
