Java/React.js Developer (9-15 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of scalable full-stack applications.

- Architect and implement microservices-based solutions using Java and NodeJS.

- Develop responsive and high-performance user interfaces using ReactJS.

- Design and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS.

- Drive technical design discussions and establish development best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps, and Business stakeholders.

- Ensure application scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.

- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level developers.

- Participate in requirement analysis, effort estimation, and release planning.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across application layers.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and cloud governance practices.

Required Skills & Expertise :

Backend Development :

- Strong hands-on experience in Java development.

- Expertise in building and managing Microservices architecture.

- Experience with REST APIs and distributed systems.

- Strong understanding of design patterns and object-oriented programming.

Frontend Development :

- Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS.

- Experience building responsive and scalable web applications.

- Understanding of modern frontend frameworks and component-based architecture.

NodeJS Development :

- Strong experience in NodeJS application development.

- Experience developing APIs and backend services.

- Knowledge of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.

AWS Cloud :

- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services, including :

1. EC2

2. S3

3. Lambda

4. RDS

- Additional exposure to AWS architecture, security, monitoring, and cloud-native application deployment will be preferred.

Architecture & Leadership :

- Experience leading engineering teams and technical initiatives.

- Strong understanding of scalable application architecture.

- Ability to drive technical decisions and solution design.

- Experience working in Agile development environments.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience leading enterprise-scale application development projects.

- Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience with containerization technologies and cloud-native development.

- AWS Certification(s) will be an added advantage.
