We are looking for a skilled SDET with strong experience in Selenium, Java, and API Automation Framework development. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust automation frameworks for web applications and APIs while ensuring software quality across releases.
Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver and Java.
- Design and execute automated test scripts for Web, API, and Regression testing.
- Build scalable API automation frameworks using Rest Assured/Postman/TestNG.
- Perform functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing.
- Work closely with Developers, Business Analysts, and QA teams to understand requirements and test scenarios.
- Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines like Jenkins/GitLab CI.
- Analyze test execution reports and track defects using Jira or similar tools.
- Improve automation coverage and optimize execution time.
- 5+ years of experience in Automation Testing.
- Strong hands-on experience in Selenium WebDriver with Java.
- Experience in API Automation using Rest Assured/Postman.
- Good understanding of TestNG/JUnit and Maven/Gradle.
- Experience in automation framework design (Hybrid/Data-Driven/POM).
- Knowledge of Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD processes.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Strong debugging and analytical skills.
- Experience with BDD frameworks like Cucumber.
- Exposure to performance testing tools like JMeter.
- Knowledge of Docker or cloud-based testing platforms.
- Basic SQL/database testing knowledge.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Preferred Candidate - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving mindset.
