Team Management: Delegate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure client satisfaction. Completes on Peer Reviews.
Mentoring: Guide and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with management and clients to ensure project standards are met.
Collaborate with TPM and work on the project goals.
Overall, a tech lead plays a crucial role in aligning technical operations with the company's strategic goals.
