Java Technical Lead

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of Java developers to design, develop, test, and deploy complex software applications using Angular.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions on time.
• Ensure code quality by reviewing and mentoring junior developers' work, as well as implementing best practices throughout the development process.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to the design of scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.

Job Requirements :

• 5-7 years of experience in Java development with expertise in Angular.
• Strong understanding of PL/SQL programming language for database interactions.
• Experience leading or managing a team of developers is essential.
