Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the development team in designing, developing, testing, and deploying AIML-based solutions using Java Spring Boot.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical roadmaps for machine learning models.
- Ensure high-quality code by reviewing and mentoring junior developers, promoting best practices, and implementing automated testing frameworks.
- Participate in architecture discussions to design scalable, secure, and efficient cloud-native microservices.
Job Requirements :
- 6-9 years of experience in software development with expertise in Java programming language.
- Strong understanding of artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML) concepts, including large language models like LLMs.
- Proficiency in Hibernate ORM/JPA for database interactions and multithreading concepts for concurrent processing.
