Job Title: Java Lead (Spring Boot | WebFlux | Microservices | Kafka) – Immediate Joiners
Experience: 10+ Years (Minimum 2 to 3 Years as Java Lead)
Location: Bhubaneswar / Hyderabad (As per business requirement)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners / 0-15 Days Preferred
We are looking for an experienced Java Lead with strong expertise in Spring Boot, WebFlux, Microservices, and Kafka to lead the design and development of enterprise-scale applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on leadership experience, excellent technical expertise, and the ability to mentor teams while delivering high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and development of scalable Java-based microservices.
- Build reactive applications using Spring Boot and Spring WebFlux.
- Develop RESTful APIs and event-driven solutions using Kafka.
- Define secure coding standards, unit testing practices, and code quality processes.
- Manage Git branching strategy and code reviews using SonarQube.
- Deploy and manage applications on Kubernetes-based container platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams during sprint planning and delivery.
- Monitor production applications using AppDynamics, Splunk, or ELK.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Mentor developers and drive technical excellence within the team.
