Java Technical Lead

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of Java developers to design, develop, test, and deploy microservices using Spring Boot and Hibernate.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure high-quality code reviews, testing, and deployment processes are followed by the team members.
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to application performance, scalability, and security.

Job Requirements :

• 7-10 years of experience in developing large-scale applications using J2EE technologies such as Spring Boot and Hibernate.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts, design patterns, and best practices.
• Experience with cloud-based deployment on AWS or similar platforms is an added advantage.
• Excellent team handling skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
