Job Title: Tech Lead Java Full Stack (Angular + AWS)

Location: PAN India
Experience: 8–12 Years

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Tech Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Angular, and AWS Cloud, along with experience leading development teams and driving technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of developers in designing and developing scalable Java Full Stack applications.
  • Drive technical design, architecture, and implementation using Java, Angular, and AWS.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver robust technical solutions.
  • Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor development teams.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
  • Ensure application scalability, security, and high availability.
  • Follow Agile development practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend best practices.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in Core Java, Java 8/11/17
  • Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, REST APIs, Microservices
  • Strong expertise in Angular (8+/10+/12+/14+)
  • Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud (EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS/EKS, RDS, CloudWatch, IAM)
  • Experience with SQL/Oracle/PostgreSQL/MySQL
  • Knowledge of Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, CI/CD
  • Experience with Docker & Kubernetes is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of design patterns, system architecture, and software development best practices.
  • Experience leading teams and mentoring developers.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Education

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Master's degree in Software Engineering or related discipline is an added advantage.
