Java Technical Lead (10-12 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Java Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable, cloud-native applications. This role requires strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Azure Cloud, along with proven leadership capabilities to guide development teams and own technical decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions

- Define and drive technical architecture and best practices

- Design and develop applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture

- Build and manage RESTful APIs

- Deploy and manage applications on Azure Cloud (AKS and related services)

- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps

- Containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate using Kubernetes (AKS)

- Automate infrastructure using Terraform or Azure Bicep

- Ensure application scalability, performance, and security

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot

- Proven experience in Microservices architecture and REST API development

- Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud services, especially AKS

- Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes

- Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines

- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Azure Bicep)

- Demonstrated experience in technical leadership and team management

- Strong understanding of system design and scalable architecture
