Java Spring Boot Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Java Spring Boot Developer with 2 to 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications and microservices. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and database technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following coding standards and best practices.
• Integrate applications with databases and third-party systems.
• Perform code reviews and troubleshoot application performance issues.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery.
• Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability.

Required Skills

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Java development.
• Strong knowledge of Core Java, Java 8/11/17 features.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Data JPA.
• Experience in developing RESTful web services and Microservices architecture.
• Good understanding of Hibernate/JPA.
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
• Knowledge of Git version control systems.
• Familiarity with Maven/Gradle build tools.
• Understanding of API testing tools such as Postman or Swagger.
• Good problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Spring Security and OAuth/JWT authentication.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
• Familiarity with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Exposure to CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
• Understanding of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
