Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with 8+ years of hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, proven team-handling experience, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients and business stakeholders.

The candidate will be responsible for application development, technical design, code reviews, team guidance, troubleshooting, and ensuring successful delivery of projects. Experience in Angular and PL/SQL will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers and provide technical guidance.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Coordinate with clients, business users, and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and provide regular updates.
• Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Conduct technical discussions with team members and stakeholders.
• Support estimation, planning, task allocation, and delivery tracking.
• Ensure timely delivery of assigned modules and projects.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, Business Analysts, and other cross-functional teams.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation wherever required.
• Identify opportunities for application performance improvement and process optimization.
• Participate in client meetings and provide technical explanations/solutions when required.

Mandatory Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in Java development
• Strong hands-on experience in Core Java
• Strong experience with Spring Boot
• Good understanding of Spring Framework / REST APIs / Microservices
• Strong experience in application development and debugging
• Experience in team handling / technical leadership
• Strong client coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities

Good to Have

• Experience with Angular
• Experience with PL/SQL / Oracle Database
• Knowledge of Microservices architecture
• Experience with SQL and database concepts
• Exposure to Git, Maven/Gradle, CI/CD and DevOps practices
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology
• Exposure to cloud technologies such as AWS/Azure/GCP

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of specific qualifications.
