Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Java Lead with 8+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java backend development along with modern frontend technologies like React.js or Next.js. The role involves leading development activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.

Key Skills:

• Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices
• Hands-on experience with React.js or Next.js
• Good knowledge of REST APIs and API integration
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Familiarity with Git, Maven, Jenkins, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is an added advantage
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
• Lead technical discussions and guide the development team.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA, and product teams.
• Perform code reviews and ensure coding best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Next.js and modern frontend development practices.
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and cloud deployment.
• Exposure to unit testing and automation frameworks.
