Java Lead

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead the development team in designing, developing, testing, and deploying Java-based microservices using Spring Boot.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure high-quality code reviews and adherence to coding standards within the team.
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to application performance, scalability, and reliability.

Job Requirements :

• 4.6-8 years of experience in Java programming language with expertise in Spring Boot framework.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and its implementation using various technologies (e.g., Kubernetes).
• Experience working on large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders from different domains (e.g., engineering, operations).
• Proven track record of leading a team of developers towards achieving project goals.
