Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of Java developers to design, develop, test, and deploy microservices using Spring Boot.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure high-quality code reviews and adherence to coding standards within the team.
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to the development of scalable and maintainable systems.
Job Requirements :
- 5-12 years of experience in Java development with expertise in Spring Boot.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and its implementation using various frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot).
- Experience leading a team of developers or mentoring junior engineers is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in writing clean, efficient, well-documented code that meets industry standards.
