Must-Have Skills
- Apache Kafka, Java, Spring Boot
- JSON/YAML, Git, Maven, GitHub
- CI/CD pipelines
- SQL, Linux, Bash scripting
- L3 Production/Application Support experience
- Monitoring and alerting tools (DataDog, Dynatrace, etc.)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Basic Angular/Java development knowledge
- Database troubleshooting and analysis
Nice-to-Have Skills
- SAML, SASL/OAuth
- ServiceNow, JIRA
- PowerShell scripting

- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments, preferably within global financial institutions
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L3 support for Kafka-based enterprise applications and platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, performance issues, and service disruptions.
- Monitor application and platform health, create alerts, and drive proactive issue resolution.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure platform stability and reliability.
- Support CI/CD activities, deployments, and operational excellence initiatives.
