Role : Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Core Platform Services)

Role Summary :

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Java Platform Engineer to design, build, and scale reusable services and foundational platform architectures.

In this role, you will define common engineering policies, remove technical blockers for other product teams, and ensure high-velocity software delivery. If you are passionate about writing clean, scalable code and building "software for software engineers," this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities :

- Platform Engineering : Design and develop highly scalable, reusable full-stack services and underlying infrastructure using Java, Spring Boot, and React/Angular.

- Technical Governance : Identify areas across the application ecosystem that require alignment and establish common engineering policies and best practices.

- Backlog & Risk Management : Collaborate with Product Owners to evaluate technical feasibility, map system dependencies, create the product backlog, and mitigate delivery risks.

- Automated Quality Assurance : Architect comprehensive testing strategies, implement automated testing tools, and optimize test data pipelines across system dependencies.

- Production Excellence : Continually monitor, evaluate, and optimize application performance on GCP, driving cloud native efficiencies and resolving complex technical blockers.

Technical & Professional Requirements :

- Experience : 6+ years in the IT industry with 4+ years of core full-stack software development experience.

- Backend Stack : Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot framework.

- Frontend Stack : Proficiency in React.js or Angular, along with modern TypeScript/JavaScript ecosystems.

- Cloud & DevOps : Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and establishing robust CI/CD automation pipelines.

- Mindset : Proven track record of building reusable components/frameworks and guiding peer engineers through technical challenges.
