Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using modern technologies.
- Build cloud-native, microservices-based solutions on Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP.
- Develop clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following SOLID and clean architecture principles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing.
- Drive engineering best practices including CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and DevOps.
- Evaluate new technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of software development experience.
- Strong expertise in Java/Spring Boot and/or React, Next.js, Node.js.
- Experience with Microservices, REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and event-driven architectures.
- Hands-on experience with Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and modern DevOps practices.
- Strong understanding of testing frameworks, API design, and software engineering best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech.
- Exposure to React Native or Flutter.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams.
